This project combined community input with scientific modeling to enhance outdoor thermal comfort and climate resilience. Central to the work was a high-resolution CFD-based microclimate model, which simulated how urban surfaces, vegetation, and air interact. Paired with resident surveys and on-site data, the model helped evaluate design interventions at the street and neighborhood scale.
